Pulp Fiction Comics opened in 2004 occupying a basement of beehive corner at 34A King William St in the CBD of Adelaide.
Over the years, Pulp Fiction has steadily grown, with art exhibitions that have raised over $15,000 for the homeless, hosting monthly writers and artists meetings for local talent, supporting the local industry, and educating council and school students and librarians throughout the state on comics and graphic novels.
Bucking the trend of most businesses in recent financial times, Pulp Fiction has been able to expand to bigger premises in September this year. Our new location is still 34A King William Street- but we have now occupied the ground floor and above!
As a result, we would like to give something back to the community,
particularly the younger readers by celebrating on Saturday September 10th with a party!
At the store that day, we’ll have free comics, face painting and special offers,
as well as door prizes and other giveaways throughout the day!
Some of the superhero community have also asked to attend this great event,
so be on the lookout for your favourite crusader.
To protect their identities and thwart potential crime,
the list of heroes attending will be kept top secret until 9am on the day.
So come down to the store on Saturday October 10th,
located around the corner from Haighs chocolates,
to help us celebrate the success of Pulp Fiction Comics!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the store on 08 8231 3433,
or by e-mail at peter@pulpfictioncomics.com.
Hope to see you there!
